For EU customers, prices displayed do not include VAT or import duties unless explicitly stated. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.

5. Order Confirmation & Cancellations

You will receive an order confirmation email after purchase. This confirms receipt of your order, not acceptance. We reserve the right to cancel any order due to pricing errors, stock issues, suspected fraud, or supplier unavailability. In the event of cancellation, you will receive a full refund.

Once an order has been submitted and sent to a supplier for fulfillment, it cannot be modified or cancelled.

6. Fulfillment & Shipping

Orders are fulfilled by third-party suppliers including ShipItFurniture, CJ Dropshipping, and Printify. Items may ship from locations outside the United States. Delivery timelines are estimates and are not guaranteed. Life OS is not liable for delays caused by carriers, customs processing, or supplier lead times.

7. Returns & Refunds

All sales are final except as outlined in our Return & Refund Policy. Defective, damaged, or missing-part claims must be submitted within 72 hours of delivery with supporting photo or video evidence.
