Shipping Policy
Order Processing
All orders are processed within 2–5 business days of payment confirmation. Orders are not processed on weekends or US public holidays. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been dispatched.
Products are fulfilled by third-party suppliers including ShipItFurniture, CJ Dropshipping, and Printify. Items may ship from multiple locations and in separate packages.
Domestic Shipping (United States)
- Standard Shipping: Free on all orders
- Estimated delivery: 5–14 business days depending on supplier and origin location
- Carrier-calculated rates apply for select product profiles (paper/print products), ranging from $5.99 – $32.39 based on order weight and destination
International Shipping
We ship to the following countries via USPS and DHL Express. Rates are calculated at checkout based on package weight and destination.

Customs, Duties & Import Taxes
International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, and import fees upon arrival in your country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the product price or shipping cost. Life OS has no control over customs processing times, which may cause delays beyond our estimated delivery windows.
Large & Freight Items
Furniture and oversized items (such as the 70.8" Executive Desk) are shipped via freight carrier. Delivery timelines for freight items are 15–30 business days and may vary based on carrier availability and destination. You will be contacted to schedule delivery where applicable.
Print-on-Demand Items
Custom printed items (including the Life OS Spiral Notebook) are produced to order and require an additional 3–7 business days production time before shipping. Total delivery time is production time plus shipping time.
Order Tracking
Tracking information will be emailed to you once your order ships. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking to update after you receive your confirmation. For orders with multiple items, you may receive separate tracking numbers.
