Return & Refund Policy
All Sales Are Final
Due to the nature of our product catalog — which includes personal care and wellness items, custom printed goods, and large furniture — all sales are final. We do not accept returns or issue refunds for change of mind, incorrect size selection, or buyer's remorse.
**Exceptions: Defective, Damaged, or Missing Parts
We stand behind the quality of every product we sell. If your item arrives defective, damaged, or with missing parts, you may be eligible for a replacement or refund under the following conditions:
- You must contact us within 72 hours of delivery
- You must provide clear photo or video evidence of the defect, damage, or missing component
- The item must be unused and in its original packaging
- Claims submitted after 72 hours of delivery will not be accepted

Supplier-Specific Policies
Our products are sourced from multiple suppliers, each with their own terms that govern how claims are handled on our end. These terms do not change your experience as a customer — all claims go through us directly.

Furniture items (supplied by ShipItFurniture): Subject to a 14-day return window for eligible returns. Products must be undamaged, unworn, and unused with tags attached. Defective or damaged item claims must be reported within 5 days of receipt with supporting documentation. We align our 72-hour customer claim window to ensure your claim reaches the supplier within their required timeframe.

General products (supplied by CJ Dropshipping): Defective, damaged, or incorrect items are eligible for replacement or refund with photo/video evidence. Claims are handled on a case-by-case basis. Return shipments to overseas warehouses are generally not required for eligible defective claims.

Custom printed items (fulfilled by Printify): All custom and print-on-demand items are produced specifically for your order and are non-returnable and non-refundable except in cases of a verified print defect or manufacturing error, reported within 72 hours of delivery with photo evidence.
Health & Wellness Products
All health and wellness products are final sale with no exceptions, in accordance with hygiene and safety standards.

**EU Customers — Additional Rights & Information
If you are located in the European Economic Area (EEA), you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of delivery without giving a reason, in accordance with the EU Consumer Rights Directive (2011/83/EU).
Exemptions to the Right of Withdrawal
The following items are not eligible for withdrawal under EU law and are final sale:
- Custom and personalized items — including the Life OS Spiral Notebook, which is produced to order and cannot be returned or exchanged
- Health, wellness, and personal care items — where the product seal has been broken or the item has been used, for hygiene reasons
How to Exercise Your Right of Withdrawal
To initiate a withdrawal on an eligible item, contact us at support@mylifeos.store within 14 days of delivery with your order number and a clear statement of your intent to withdraw. You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or damaged.
Refunds for eligible withdrawals will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned item, using your original payment method.
Defective or Damaged Items
Regardless of the above, EU customers retain statutory rights for goods that are defective or not in conformity with the contract under Directive 2019/771/EU. Please contact us within 72 hours of delivery with photo or video evidence for all defective or damaged claims.
Third-Party Fulfillment Disclosure
Products sold on Life OS are fulfilled by third-party suppliers including ShipItFurniture, CJ Dropshipping, and Printify. Items may ship from locations outside the EU, and import duties or customs charges may apply. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the product price unless explicitly stated.
